Board of Directors

The Lincoln Clay Arts Center is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of community members with experience in the arts, urban revitalization, real estate development, and civic engagement.

David Riccitiello

Chair

David Riccitiello has directed major urban initiatives, including the Staples Center (Crypto.com Arena), L.A. Live, and The Broad Museum, alongside county-level economic development strategies. As the driving force behind LCAC, David brings this world-class development expertise to the revitalization of downtown Lincoln.

James Carnathan

Vice Chair

James Carnathan is an accomplished ceramic artist, sculptor, and instructor based in Lincoln, California. Working in both band-build and wheel-thrown techniques, he has been creating with clay since 2009 and continues to explore new methods and approaches in ceramic arts.

Robert Green

Treasurer and Secretary

Robert Green is a California commercial real estate broker with experience in residential development, construction, mortgage financing, sales, marketing, and appraisal. He brings financial oversight and development expertise to the Lincoln Clay Arts Center.

Thomas Moe

Board Member

Tom Moe is a retired construction professional who served as a Chief Estimator and Project Manager for both private and public sector construction and construction management. He also served for many years on city planning commissions in California and Montana and brings valuable experience to the adaptation of the Carnegie Library into a clay arts center.

Ray Gonzales

Board Member

Ray Gonzales is a recognized clay artist who has exhibited throughout the Sacramento region and has completed numerous Art in Public Places commissions. He has served on several nonprofit arts boards and in 1987 founded the internationally recognized Feats of Clay competition.
